Chronic pruritus is a hidden widespread condition that is steadily increasing in incidence due to demographic change. The growing need of our patients for a search for the cause and efficient therapy is far from being met. Basic knowledge of the pathophysiology and aetiology of pruritus is a prerequisite for successful clinical management, but specialist training has not yet included any knowledge of pruritus medicine in the curriculum.
In order to close this gap, an interdisciplinary symposium is regularly organized, and we are pleased to draw your attention to the 9th Münster Pruritus Symposium. The symposium will once again take place in Münster, where internationally renowned experts will present translational aspects of research and care in their usual interactive manner.
We look forward to your participation!
